Registration & Refund Policy
1) All participants must complete registration through the official conference registration system.
2) Registration fees are refundable until July 1, 2026, minus a $25 administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
3) No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026.
4) Participants whose visa applications are denied may request a refund (minus the administrative fee) by providing official documentation.
5) Due to Columbia University’s campus access policy, all conference participants must be pre-registered to obtain campus access authorization. Therefore, on-site registration and payment cannot be accommodated. Please complete your registration and payment by August 8.
