Registration & Refund Policy
1) All participants must complete registration through the official conference registration system.
2) Registration fees are refundable until July 1, 2026, minus a $25 administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
3) No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026.
4) Participants whose visa applications are denied may request a refund (minus the administrative fee) by providing official documentation.
5) Registration may be transferred to another participant with prior notice to the organizing committee.
6) On-site registration fee is $200.
